Yes I'm a TV junkie. As far as I can remember I watch practically everything that sooth my eyes. It dun matter whether it's a documentaries, reality shows, sitcoms, drama series and even forum perdana.
It's not enough that I have to endure the slides in between, I have to listen to the crap SMS thingy rave going on the airwave currently.
I mean who in the right mind would even consider to waste their pennies on something that goes like this ;
Anda kesunyian? SMS on Teman / Are you lonely? SMS on Friend
Anda perlukan cinta? SMS on Cinta / Do you need love? SMS on Love
Anda perlukan teman hidup? SMS on Jodoh / Do you need a life partner? SMS cupid
And so many others...
Can we actually find anything or someone out of this?? And a close relative of mine says that this company actually making big bucks on this. Meaning there are people who actually responded to this!!! I mean what could a person possibly gain from this??It's bad enough that we have many fraud cases via the internet..I can't imagine what this SMS thingy can do. This is so far different than chatting on the YM which is at least free apart from paying for the access or subscribing to dating services via online etc... To add on from a reliable resources this thing will burn a hole in one's pocket.
If there's any good comes out from this among the bloggers, please do confess, I'm really keen to know it and/or has anyone of us tried this?

err ... a friend of mine just got married on saturday ... met his wife via sms thing.
they both r similar:
a. they are professionals
b. no time for social life
c. straight forward - meet, discuss in detail, get married
awkward ya :-)
This kind of organisation do make tons of money like Idham said, becoz of the voice recording telling you what to do before anything else...
I'm sure it works in some cases where ppl genuinely want to meet frens..in most cases...it's seeking sex...

I guess it has it pros and cons la you, many years ago I heard from an officemate who had a friend who actually tried the phone advertisement thingy. She called and made friends via that. So one day it seems a guy she made friends came over to the office to pick her up for a date. The girl being extra careful brought my friend along, the guya after seeing her with my friend just drove off without even staying. Scary siot! I wonder what his intentions were at that point of time.
I suka SMS yang download ringtone and wallpaper tu... heheheh. Tapi yang berkenal2an tu not interested lah. Whenever I'm lonely, ada baaanyak lagi benda lain boleh buat. Lagipun, with so many blogger friends mana sempat nak sunyi...
So, apa kata kita buat iklan kat TV. "Anda kesunyian? Start blogging!!"
mama bising bila bebudak asyik nak sms benda2 merepak ni, afundi pun mama tak bagi; wasting money only...hehehe
menyesal tak venture into SMS server business. Gerenti dah kaya mayo sekrg. hehe. AFundi dah 5mil x 0.5 sen = 2.5 million. Tolak operating cost (24 hours electric & phone bill) & maintenance cost (mamat TM kena gak repair setahun sekali) & monthly rental server fees (adela seciput) = kaya mayo.
