Sadly, Malaysians still votes based on “I like her/him” factor rather than on QUALITY AND ORIGINALITY.
Congratulations to SUKI…… not that she didn’t deserve the million nuggets but I STRONGLY believe that it should have been gone to FAIZAL!!!!

Western reality shows has proven to me that their audience has better judgement, I’ve seen winner who won because she/he was the darling of the crowds and winner who really really deserved to win. Unfortunately from all the reality TV shows produced locally, I’ve yet to see the latter winner.
Even the judges comments unable to increase votes or change the mind set.
SUKI might have won the million bucks but FAIZAL will get million offers and not forgetting ALIFF who will gain million extra fans from that butt act…

The way I look at it, anywhere for that matter, people will still vote for the ones they like based on personal preference that might differ from one to another; be it in western countries or locally.
Just like in the survey, when the respondents are bigger, the more accurate the survey will become. Likewise what happens in the States for example, the respondents when the spitting image of Jay Leno, Taylor Hicks won the Am. Idol, one can say that it's clear the majority wanted him based on talents not Ms. McPhee that of better looking and sexy. Our market is way too small to have it manifested as a true indicator.... apart from Malaysians are musically-less-educated
What to do. That is the reality in Malaysia. Masa reality show, SMS abis-abisan sebab minat i.e suka tengok, bila orang tu dah buat album, beli CD cetak rompak....

Well, I dont really follow the show. I was rather getting annoyed with reality TV shows but anyone remembered Daniel? The guy who demolished Malaysian Idol's of its credibility to attract true talents?
